Cultural Intelligence for Communities peaceful Co-existence

You may have heard or read about Intelligent Quotient (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and perhaps you have not heard much about Cultural Intelligence (CQ). IQ measures intellect and perception capacities, EQ measures one’s ability to function effectively in a single cultural context, but Cultural Intelligence measures one’s ability to function seamlessly in a multi-cultural context. CQ is a relatively new concept synthesized from Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, and other human behavioural sciences through the extensive work of Howard Gardner.
